I have called Mr Rooter on several occasions and have always had excellent serviceMost recently, our tankless water heater went out on Thanksgiving and we opted to put in a new system instead of repairing a 10 year old system. I believe Kurt was our tech and Greg came out also. We had excellent service and will call them in the future should we have any plumbing problems

I'm a little confused as to how this company is run, but I made a call in to report a gas leak. Plumber came today to fix a retaining nut on bathroom faucet. He said two valves also needed changing and the total for the nut and the valves would be $351.08. I said I didn't want the valves changing and how much was it for just fixing the retaining nut. His response? $430! That's $80 more for doing less …

Hmmmm...others have mixed reviews, but I was satisfied by the installation of three faucets and a shower head (my request, not plumber's advice). Stay away. RipOff. Had to switch out main line on a rental house and they quoted me 10k. I used Shamrock Plumbing and they did it for 6k. Rooter works on commission.
