Had a clog, he showed up very fast on a Saturday, fixed the clog and gave us advice for when we exchange our toilet. We're getting ready to tile the bathroom and are waiting until then to replace it. The prices were a little high, but we were in a time crunch and had to have someone there quickly. I like the fact that their hours are so flexible. Makes paying a little more worth it to me.
