Advanced Heating had our system up and running that same day and didnt charge us the usual overtime rate and they explained how our system operates and now were more knowledgable about our heat pump. Extremely impressed with there work

They are the same company as Mr. Rooter of Salem. As I posted on the other review, they claim free quotes over the phone, but when they show up they want to charge a diagnostic fee once in the door. At least other plumbers are up front and honest about their fees; I wouldn't trust a company that plays tricks like that to do any work.

A lot of companies advertise 24/7 service, but only Mr. Rooter answered the phone! They were fast, friendly, & professional. Don't be fooled by copycats or low-ballers that don't have the proper equipment or licensing to do the job right. I will only call Mr. Rooter from now on.

The guy they sent out, Joe was just great. Sure he fixed the problem with the drain, but he actually took the time to show me what was going on with his really neat camera that went down the pipe. He gave me options and let me make the decision. Definatley the best experience I've ever had with a plumber!
