They were quick, professional, and clearly explained what I needed to know. Bonus, I left my car at their lot before they opened and they finished the work and left the keys in the car. I never had to actually meet them face to face.

About 10 years ago I had service done on my first gen. RX-7 to get transmission fixed. Mike did a hell of a good job fixing it. (he also spent the time to do a slight upgrade to enhance it for no charge). He's an honest fellow and either does or oversees all work done.

Shops like Mr. Mazda are very hard to find. Excellent and quality work. Mike kept me updated on procedure and what needed to be done.

Mr. Mazda is the best automotive shop anywhere! I regularly drive down from Mountain View (home) and Palo Alto (work) because I own three Ford Probe GTs, which are the Ford version of the Mazda MX-6, and Mike Muscara owns the only shop allowed to work on them. Gone are the days of HONEST, DEPENDABLE (and a joy to chat with) mechanics, except MR.
