Good food bad customer service

Ordered 5 times from them , the food is good but they have very poor customer service ! There is a language barrier to which I can relate since English is my second language. Our orders were for over $50 dollars yet they choose to lose customers. I guess they save your orders which is a great thing to do if you always order the same thing. Whom ever has taken our order has been short with us...
