NEW OWNERS - MUCH BETTER. These guys are the real thing, good work, good price, quick response, if they are busy they will still contact you. They are going back and fixing a major problem installed by the original owners of the company. If you had bad response before, give these guys a try again!

We had purchased a system from the old owners. Filters were installed backwards. The new owners promise to fix the problem, after peak season. We have had to call them in to fix the ac. They did a great job, at a great price and responded quickly. They also honored the old price for service. THEYS GUYS ARE GREAT! Try them again

We have used Mr. Cool for several years now...I think most of the time they do a very good job and our responsive to our needs when we call them for service. There's been a couple of times when we haven't been completely satisfied with the work done, or what they recommended be done, but not so much that it's worth the hassle of looking into getting a new provider. Watch out for this one . They come out and indicate your A/ C is not underwarranty and charge you for visit . After you press the point , they find you are under warranty but they got and keep your money. There are to many honest A/C dealers out there . Stay away from this one .
