Read this! Not the fake reviews!!

Do not use this company! We have been waiting 4 weeks for a dishwasher part. Absolutely zero communication and zero follow-thru. Meanwhile they have $160 of our money while we get the run-around. Avoid these scammers!! All I've heard is lie after lie...

This company is horrible to deal with. They never pick up their phone, and if they do answer, you get absolutely no update of where your part or repair stands. Beware, this is not a company to deal with at any level. I have never experienced this type of service. You have been warned...

On July 5, 2016, I scheduled an appointment through the online scheduling system. My appointment was scheduled for today between 8 am and 12 pm. I received an email confirmation of my appointment. Mr. Appliance came to my home 3 times to fix my Bosch dishwasher. On the third visit, at a cost of over $500 they replaced several parts and indicated that all was well. About a week later the Dishwasher was leaking again and no longer working. I called them 3 times with either no response or I was told someone would call back and finally they simply refused to return and make the repair at all.
