The repair visit for my dishwasher was quick.The Service Technician was very friendly and I really appreciated him placing a mat at the front door and taking off his shoes and placing booties on his feet. Although he was unable to recreate the same problem we incurred he said that he would come back at no additional charge if it happened again.

Arrived very close to on time. Put on protective show covering(s), job completed in 20 minutes.

They were prompt in responding to my problem, gave me an appointment with a specfic time, and fixed the problem quickly and for less than the price I was quoted by sears.
