I visit the location in hopes that my request could be met but knew there was a chance it couldn't be done within 24 hours. Gabe greeted me and listen to my request. I was happily surprise that I would be able to order the banner and get it within the time frame. Gabe was very helpful and provided assistants with the size and material type of the outdoor banner. Paid $150 for three booklets to be printed full bleed, but the paper wasn't cut correctly, even after explaining to the rep three times! Very disappointed

The package was to be delivered and was not. As a result, I had to drive to the facility (1hr round trip) to pick up the package myself.

Aijah is absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Very informed, took her time with me on the telephone in regards to what our company needed done, and when I went to drop off our order, she was available immediately - went over all our options and was so very pleasant and with a smile always! I ordered 100 business cards for the 24 hour turnaround service. I came into this FedEx at 3pm on a Monday and was told I could pick up the cards as soon as 5pm that same day. Since I catch an earlier train I said I would pick them up at 11am the following day.
