I scheduleld my appointment and they never called the day before to confirm. The day of the move I attempted to call them a few time and left several voicemails and no call back. I relied on them for their services. If you need a reliable company that actually shows up to do the job do not call them.

I am sorry that your Ipad came up missing, and the only reason that our company couldn't go through with the claim was because you left your Ipad in your unlocked car ""outside"", in which our liability does not cover. Anyone could have opened your door and took it once seen laying in plain site in the seat as per your admittance. Either way Brandon or Mannie are no longer with us. I can't say for sure exactly what happened to your Ipad, but I can say for 110% that we DO NOT tolerate theft...
