We checked in for a three night stay. The first room we were in was very dirty. After speaking with the front desk staff, we were moved to a different room. It was a little better, but still overall unclean. The second morning the room was "cleaned" which meant they picked up the wet towels, not even empty the overflowing trash. the hotel was old. the rooms were not clean they did not start breakfast till 8am no coffee pots in the room or hair dryers.there was dust on the headboards and the light fixtures. Parking was not handy.

My daughter and I waited 15 minutes at the front desk. The place was disgusting. I did feel comfortable staying there with just my daughter and so I we left. The hotel then refused to refund money. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Pool was so dirty u couldn't get in it. Ice machine was broke. No coffee maker in the room as advertised. Staff was less than helpful and was making fun of customers. Once the staff noticed the pools condition it had to be closed down for 24 hours to clean.

This hotel was okay on the cleanliness scale, but run down in many ways. The day staff was friendly and helpful, but the late night and early morning staff person was rude and grouchy. The continental breakfast was in a room that was beside the office and it was messy with cleaning supplies left out in view, a supply closet standing open and other items laying around.
