Ramada Rockaway is a good hotel. But my rating is mainly due to my personal experience. Wifi signal was not available in my room. So, I complained at the front desk. They asked me to call the internet company if I wanted wifi in my room. This is where I had a problem. They have a tie-up with an internet-provider. Usually things work. But if they don't then hotel staff can't do anything. They...
