The cabinets are gorgeous but customer service sucks. One cabinet door won't open and needs adjustment. It's been three months of calling them and no one's come to fix it. Bad, bad, bad customer service.

Cheap cabinet construction.

Ordered a bathroom vanity and the process went great. Got the vanity - all wrapped up and looked good. The vanity didn't have a face frame. It only had the cheap 'oak' strips on the melamine board. It was oak and the vanity was alder. It looks cheap. I should not have to say I want a face frame when ordering a vanity (or any other cabinet). That is how they are supposed to be built. I could get better at the home improvement stores.
