PLEASE Don't take your Mercedes to this dealership. I have owned Mercedes for 15 years + and have NEVER experienced such incompetence. This place actually has a reputation for how bad it is amongst the local towers and car service industry folk of the area; the complaints always seem to be the same. They're completely unresponsive- getting them to call you back about anything is nothing short of miraculous. I can only assume that they make their money selling new cars and therein have no need to behave like a proper service dealership- and if that is the case, they should get out of that...
