A great value in a spectacular location. Motel Inverness is very clean and well maintained, the lobby/sitting area has an amazing view. Good central location for visiting several Point Reyes attractions and area restaurants.
We were using the motel as a base for cycling but if you want to bird watch make sure to request a balcony room as the smaller cheaper rooms don't have waterfront views (except through the bathroom window).
