Pretty trees and staff helpful\n\nAsked for non smoking and both sides of our room there was smoking. Air conditioner did not work or heater. Could not get access to free WIFI. Towel rail broken. Room smelt weird.

It was close to the function I was attending.\n\nThe bed cover was dirty and stained. The AC was left on in the room on arrival on a wet rainy day. Room was frigid. Turned on the heat, and it took several hours to warm up. Heat was very poor. Room also had nothing to recommend places to eat.

It was conveniently located.\n\nWe reserved non-smoking rooms months in advance, but although we informed staff that we would be arriving late, we were told that only smoking rooms were available for us. It was noisy, there were guest disturbances and thin walls. Will not return.
