Great Location not such a great stay

We stayed here for the Thomas the train event the only interaction I had with staff was when I checked in and the guy wasnt even friendly ! I felt like I was bothering him the comforter should be thicker & the beds were NOT comfortable at all there was no one to check me out I just dropped my key in a box they had upfront, the location was great the stay not so much for what I paid for
