This was a wonderful stay. We had a king size bed. No carpet simulated hardwood floors. Upon opening the door, the room smelled great. It is a non smoking motel, however they have an outside area with benches in the back for smoking and there is a bbq pit also.

The room was large, clean, but plain. One hard back chair w/half-a-table mounted to the wall was not comfortable for reading. The light bulbs are so low wattage we had to turn on two lights to read clearly. Desk service was prompt. They provide coffee in the morning; no breakfast. The room was clean and well appointed for a Motel 6. The floor though was quite a bit dirtier than we thought. Really no issues but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room was a bit warm. Very clean, reasonably priced, friendly staff. I don't know how the Motel 6 chain is as a whole, but the people who run this one sure do a great job. They obviously care about quality and take pride in their motel. My wife and I were glad we picked this as our lodging in Boerne.
