DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!! They forgot about my friend's wedding this past Saturday!!!! They refuse to answer the phone and have not even had the decency to call and apologize! This is disgusting customer service and the least they should do is is call to apologize and refund the deposit. How does a florist just happen to forget a wedding after they called to confirm????!!!!

Hit and miss really! First time the flowers were delivered, second time they weren't and because I don't even live in America I can't contact you! The only option is phone call (NO email address!?) and hopefully you'll get back to me on Facebook. Really disappointed my best friend didn't receive the flowers for her birthday! :(
