Room was very well decorated and super clean. Bed very comfy. Stayed in room next to main house....others in party stayed in main house...both are great...
We didn't eat breakfast there . Very convenient to downtown....quick walk......

We stayed in the motel room and so didnt have breakfast incuded but the room was large and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a shorty walk to the village square and the harbour. Plenty of places to eat for breakfast (definitely recommend Jorrdan's for breakfast) and evening (recommend Irish...

Good motel, recommended

The place is convenient and the room is quite clean.
I stayed at the first floor in the motel, sometimes can hear the noise upstairs, but overall it is a quiet place.
May try the hotel part next time.

Spent 3 nights at Moseley Cottage Inn in the Bubble room. Room very nice with comfortable beds. Sitting area with TV nice but vintage sofa a little hard to sit on. Superb breakfast. Convenient to walk to everything in Bar Harbor and easy to drive to Acadia.
