Fun classic for a large group. A New Orleans classic. In a shack on Hwy 90 in Avondale. Cash only (though ATM present on the premises). This is a restaurant that has Sicilian roots. My grand parents ,from Sicily, and my parents took me there years ago. The meals are some of Sicily but with lots of local flavor.

As my title states "Ultimate Favorite" The food, the atmosphere and the service is over the top. I love the oyster mosca and shrimp mosca. The cheese cake that has a slight lemon flavor is so good. I also get the spaghetti with one meat ball. It is always good to have a little left over for the next day....
