My wedding was 12/3/2010. I used Mosiac Studios because they were recommended by The Addison, where we got married. Cary, the owner, received payment in full in Nov 2010. I sent my email confirmation back to him to go forward with my wedding album the end of March. I finally received it in Oct 2011, after several calls and emails, which it does not respond to. We got married in Dec of 08 and we STILL don't have our wedding album.  I will admit that I took a yr to finalize the album, but we never got our book.  I still have the email  from Gary dated 5/8/10 with our final design. I posted this same review on yelp.....but do not use him. Plain and simple.
He's a gem up to the day of your wedding, even on it, but you will not hear back from him on your photos.
3 months after my wedding he put up photos on the site.
6 months later I still don't have my photos. And I've gone to his studio twice and no one was there...I even left a note the third time because there was...

Yes, I agree, I am so disappointed and I do not want anyone to waste their money on their most important day. Although Cary is very talented and the day of and leading up to the wedding are very smooth, everything there after is a disgrace. We have not recieved our album 3 and a half years later. We have not recieved one call back in the last 4 months. We have not recieved our maternity...
