This company claims 100% customer satisfaction and I can say, NO WAY!. A $25 trip charge and a free estamate somehow turned into "No up front estamate" and a huge bill for replacing the capacitor. The cost for the part is $10-$40 retail and about 15 minutes to install. The technician then tells me that he would "Only" charge me $329 for the part and $25 for the trip. What? they were always late, charged more than they quoted.did horrible work that needed to be fixed after they installed and serviced a couple times.not good company.
