We were leasing 2 storage spaces from this company and one of them flooded, due to the construction of that space. Even our insurance agent said that, but this company would still not pay for the damage that incurred as a result of their negligent construction. They did not take responsibility for their actions and are very unethical and they will try to get out of stuff if they can.
