I would not recommend buying a BMW from Moritz. My service experiance has been terrible. I spent an extra $2100.00 for an extended service plan and getting them to honor it has been a nightmare. Try Classic in Plano. I've purchased from them, as well, with much better results Pros: None Cons: Horrible service

Service is top notch, however, the complimentary carwash service that was part of my written aggreement when I purchased both of my BMW's has been suspended. Received very bad service in SERVICE and PARTS center . They don't know customer service, were very rude and least interested in resolving an issue.
