Very POOR service. Managers lie about their commitment before you buy it, and never keep their promises after you paid your hard earned money. Don't buy from this Cadillac of Arlington, and shop elsewhere.

I bought a 2005 CPO BMW X5 in 2009 which ended up having quite a few issues to say the least. I realize it was used, but there are certain expectations when purchasing a $30,000 vehicle. I think this company should maybe read some of these reviews and try to make real changes instead of trying to balance out the bad reviews with 5 star bogus ones. Every review in here is either 1 or 5 stars and the 5 star ones seem fake.
