Nice complex layout, only 40 apartments so makes it nice for not being overcrowded. unfortunately, managers do not take care of tenants and yard so well. they tend to be ill quite a bit and do not tend to tenant's requests i.e., washer fixing, carpet needing replacing, stove needing repair, etc.

good location, pool and each unit has its own washer/dryer.

I've lived here for about a year. When my lease is up I don't plan on signing another. I have out of date washer/dryer units and out of date appliances in the kitchen. Our pg&e bill is outragously high because of this. The bedrrooms get no heat from the central heat. We constantly have roof problems. The maintenance person usually jerry rigs things that need actual fixing. It's too expensive...

Very nice and pretty and quite property. Pool and spa. each unit washer and dryer, dish washer, big kitchen and indoor cats ok only. Managers are very nice. Very close to hospital at walking range.
