bad customer service. you have to leave messages and no one calls back. a lot of partying and loud 20yr olds that live here that come in at 2am during the week from going out and have parties during the week til at least 2am. neighbors that fight & call the cops on each other several times in a 6 month period …

If you value peace and quiet, do not get an apartment overlooking the pool. People (and the complex itself) like to hold parties down there with extremely loud music. Even on the third floor, with all doors and windows closed, we recognize exactly what song is playing. The floor plans are nice, but the walls are super thin, and dogs are barking constantly.
