Run....my son bought a shed from Morgan about 1-1/2 years ago and paid a huge down-payment. Still don't have the shed and they won't refund deposit. They wanted to deliver when weather was extremely bad and it was very muddy, but he would have to pay if truck got stuck. And of course it would get stuck. In good weather, they had other deliveries to make. So, son is out shed and lot of money....

I purchased parts from the parts department and prepaid so that they could be ordered. I did not hear from them so I went in after my Annual Training from themilitary and they said that they sent them back to the manufacturer. I asked why and they said that I did not come to retrieve the parts in a timely manner and thier policy is send them back. I said that I never received a call or email...

Purchased a spa in July 2012 for around $6500. Paid in full through check which was cashed by Morgan within a couple of weeks. Originally the sales person said it would take around 8 weeks for the hot tub to be built and delivered. I even had electric run in back of house to prepare for the spa delivery. Several months later, I had still not received the spa. Morgan said they were waiting on...
