Appreciate volunteer effort at Arcadia doing physicals. That's really awesome. VERY DISAPPOINTED you would accept everyone in line but the last person. REALLY? That person waited an hour and a half. All it takes is someone an hour ago to say sorry we can't see you and we'd be on our way.
