This is quite possibly the worst business I've ever encountered. The manager was a complete A**hole. I was told one price when I delivered 3 rims to get worked on. When I came back to pick them up I could not get them back until I paid the new price they charged me. I'm a man of my word, especially when dealing with business. This is not how things are done. I will never recommend them to...

Sent Irreplaceable Antique Bike parts to be chrome plated. Took 6 weeks to get some parts. Back side was not cleaned or polished correctly on one part. Also lost several parts that was sent to be chromed. Over 8 weeks and still can't find them. At least 35 phone calls. They never call back to update progress. This is this the worst job of replating that I ever saw. The dents not taken out before replating. All in all two thumbs down. It took them about {8} weeks. and many, many, many phone calls. I don't think they will get anymore of my work.
