Sorry to the owner- I'm sure they are struggling to try and make it. There is a lot of competition in the Chinese buffet industry. If they had the volume buffet City had, I think they would be able to keep it fresh and full. I went (mid-week) Aug., 2014 @ 7:30 pm. Worst meal ever? Hot food was only luke warm.
