Nicholas Norman was a rude employee. We discussed payment of my contacts. I asked twice if I needed to pay, then and he said no twice. I assumed he needed to send the bill to insurance first. He called last minute that day and left a rude message followed by 2 more rude messages while I was working saying " I snuck out without paying". He clearly does not have a decent customer service...

I was told my child's glasses would be ready on a Monday. I was unable to pick them up that day so I called the Tuesday after and was informed they were still not ready and they could not provide a time they would be ready.
