Horrible Horrible!! I am not sure if he's the manager but he's there all the time at the front desk. John has no customer service skills whatsoever!! Needless to say I will not be going back there again!

Have gone many times to get oil service. My last experience was awful. The employee left grease spots on my light grey cloth interior. (seat, carpet, and arm rest) I have called the corporate office 4 times, emailed them and have sent a written letter and still have had no one reach my with a solution. Awful customer service. I would have given them a 3 star for price and speedy service.
