I've been shopping here since they opened, and I have always had a great experience. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. The monogramming is always top quality. I can always find great gifts in a range of prices. One of my favorite local stores.
I have bought numerous baby gifts, teacher gifts, get well gifts, or even just happy gifts over the years from the girls here. And they have always been so helpful in gathering multiple gifts for goodie baskets. Last month I was even able to contact one of the employees through FB(wasnt even my friend at the time but had seen her name) she helped me locate shoes in the right size for my daughter. I had just bought 3 pair that day but needed a different size. It was so great to know I could count on the employees to make sure we had everything we needed!!
I do not live in Brandon, in fact I do not live in MIssissippi; however I shop at Monogram Express all the time, I can not say enough about the customer service, the staff, and the merchandise. I can call the store and describe who I am shopping for the amount of money and provide an idea as to what I need and they are able to provide me with a gift that is wrapped to perfection and shipped to the person. When I do get to Mississippi I always manage to spend entirely too much money in the store but I have to say that the only person that compalins is my husband.. Love the staff. Love the merchandise, and the quality of monograming is better than Pottery Barn.. the best.. all around
Such cute items in the store, but EVERYONE I've talked with agrees the employees need many hours of customer service etiquette and manners.
Don't go here if you expect any form of customer service. The little teenage sales clerks cannot be bothered to help you in any shape, form or fashion.
I have shopped here for years, spending way too much money in their store. When my 3 yr old daughter was crying bc she needed to use the resroom. I asked a lady employee where there restroom was and she said they did NOT have one. I know she does not hold it all day and thought it was very rude! I have not been back.\r
I simply LOVE shopping at Monogram Express for happies for teachers, gifts for friends and well, great place for pick-me-ups for myself too! I always know I can find a unique gift for anyone on my Christmas list! I was so bummed to miss out on double punches this week, but cant wait to get back in there and fill up my frequent shopper discount card!
Monogram Express is the best place to shop for yourself or for gifts. I can not say enough aboout the staff, Kristel is amazing, and the quality of the product found within the store.
Monogram Express has alot of great gift ideas for all ages. It is very convenient for last minute shopping too. I have bought several gifts there this year and a few for myself! I love shopping here!
