Having started training later in life I have found this to be a great experience I wish I had the opportunity to begin earlier! I am in better physical shape than I have been in years. I find myself challenged to push beyond what I thought I was capable of and enjoy it at the same time. The supportive and knowledgeable instructors and Sifus inspire confidence in their students.
