We've lived at Monarch Lofts for almost a year now and it has been a great experience, even with a shift in the office m...anagement staff. While there have been hiccups during the building's first year (2nd set of elevators seemed to take forever to come online and the snow removal could have been a bit better on some of the sidewalk areas in the parking lot), we've never had any issues or...

I've seen the model apatments and they are great! Geothermal heating and air, and pet friendly...they've got plans to h...ave a chef cook once a month, and invite the guests...sounds delicious and fun. I love that they're helping to revitalize Lawrence!See More
