Apparently this guy doesn't need the money or he sells enough by 8: 30 am to stay in busineas. I don't need more grief in my life. The donut Nazi is off list.

Jenn Harris must not get out much. The fritter was good, but nothing special, on par with Rose Donuts. Got there at 5am on a Sunday and 6 fritters were on display but was told, "4 are already ordered". Thankfully I didn't go home empty handed, but WTF? Maybe next time I'll call and "order" all of them and screw the sucker like me this time who actually comes down to the store.

Monarch Donuts offers great-tasting, inexpensive treats. It's a very small shop, with free parking on the street and in back. There is no inside seating; customers order at a window and take their donuts to go or can eat them on the sidewalk.
