I have moved various times before, and my favorite Dallas moving company so far has been Monarca Movers. When I was first shopping around, I thought they were a bit pricey, but after getting various quotes, I realized that Monarca was actually one of the better choices. With Monarca, all of the services that I needed were included in the hourly rate. With other moving companies, however, I saw that there were various additional charges for simple thing like blankets or disassembly. I was happy that my entire move was done within 3 1/2 hours, and without any damages to my furniture. I was especially worried about my leather couch because it was such a hassle to get it in the first place because of the slim doorways. However, Monarca did a great job and handled everything with great care.
My move was done in less time than I expected thanks to Monarca Movers. They did everything in no time at all since they loaded everything up into these big boxes instead of carrying every box one by one. For my bigger pieces of furniture like my couch and TV stand, the movers used dollies, so that everything was wheeled out onto the truck in no time. I was really happy with the fact that nothing was damaged during the move, and I will definitely be using Monarca Movers again!
Monarca is definitely the moving company that you will want to trust after you have moved with them once. They have great customer service and the moving crew that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The guys showed up in crisp and clean company uniforms ready to start my move at 9am. I liked the fact that I was shown the clock at the start of my move and once again at the end before the time was recorded on the invoice. This made me feel secure in the fact that they guys were honest and were not going to try and cheat me on the time. The entire move went by quickly and smoothly thanks to my awesome moving crew!
Monarca did a great job with my move this past Tuesday morning. I had them move my two bedroom apartment to an Extra Space storage on n central expressway. The entire move took a total of 3 1/2 hours to complete. In the end, I was charged exactly what I had been quoted over the phone and not a penny extra. I gave the movers $60 in tips, and I really liked that I had the option to do so with a credit card. Even though Monarca does not do unpacking, they still reassembled all of my furniture that had been taken apart, and they put each piece where I wanted it placed. These guys really go above an beyond!
