They have a nice selection, waitresses are typically prompt, cool to talk to and usually pretty cute to boot!
I like their beer selection and they usually have a good assortment on tap.
Being outside the city limits, you can smoke which is a big plus for me though I can understand why a nonsmoker would think it sucks.

The interior of Molly's is ALL smoking. To get to non-smoking, you have to sit at the covered patio-deck outdoors. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Nevertheless, a superior quantity of beers coupled with good bar food and a pleasant wait staff. We had the plain nachos (chips with cheese and jalapenos) and a sauerkraut-laden hot dog: both good...

Dark and dingy place, however love it. The food isn't that great, again it's just pub grub. Staff and locals friendly, good spot for a top night

Molly's was close to the hotel so we checked it out. OK for an after work cold one. Lots of TV's but lots of smoke too. Decided to eat somewhere else.

I have never been to a place that has it's regular customers "trained" to be the cocktail waitresses. The food was ok but they obviously don't have a kitchen because everything is sandwiches and chips or nasty "nachos" with plastic cheese from a can and jalapenos from a jar.
