Very responsive to emails and phone calls. When Jason was in my home he was very appropriate and respect full of me and my house. The work was done in less time than quoted and they didn't nickle and dime me for everything that they could have. The work was very well done and has made a difference.

They had a fair price. They did it when they said they would. My only problem was follow up.
We were closing on my Mom's house on 8-28 and I requested a copy of their guarantee for the closing so I could give it to the new owner. I never received one after repeated requests.

Got an honest rate, from what I can tell. They showed up when they said they would and did a good job. The only issue was that I had to contact them days later on order to get an official invoice stating the 10-year guarantee and receipt for the services provided. Otherwise it didn't appear that they would have followed up with me on their own.

Mold Pro did a good job on my basement mold removal project. They cleaned up all their work and ensured the rest of the house was protected from the chemicals used. Great job.
