We purchased over 50 new and replacement windows from Moeller-Reimer, a subsidiary of CARNINAL WINDOWS. Salesperson Wayne came to the job site and measured. We then discovered that 4 replacement windows were either measured or manufactured wrong, and are about 7 inches too short in height and widths. The openings are permanent brick and the windows have built in sills, so ""trimming them out"" (as they suggested) will look ridiculous. The regional manager Joe Mott eventually came out and he maintains they did nothing wrong and will not replace them. Everyone involved in this...
