It seems like I can always count on Q-BBQ orders to arrive at just about room temperature. On this occasion, the Memphis Sweet BBQ sauce requested, although it arrived in Memphis Sweet containers, was definitely switched with whatever their spiciest sauce option is. This combination of factors kind of ruined the meal for me. Unfortunate, since I think everything would be outstanding otherwise.

Ribs were pretty good. My husband liked them better than I. I am from the south and am a rib snob. I appreciated the dry rub. They were a little tough. Brussel sprouts good and nice and spicy. Delivery quality good.
