Help us make it rightWe engaged them to service our system nearly 4 months and $700 ago. The system is still not fixed and in fact is in a worse state. Avoid using these guys for service. They do not know what they are doing. That must be why they make you pay before they come out for service.
Excellent showroom for luxury brands. Professional sales people and by the best shopping venue for high end home electronics and audio. Their message is well executed. MODIA, bringing emotions to media. After your purchase, they make sure you are emotionally bonded with your electronics and brand MODIA.
very unprofessional and they lie as well. They are owned by and employ for their 800# customer service mainly indians. they are rude and inconsiderate, did I mention that they lie? Do not buy from this store, they are partnered with Sears for some reason and that i how I got connected to these fools. Modia is just another example of what is wrong in this day and age....
There are good and bad experiences....I can not speak for others but on my account I feel the staff has knowledge of all the top brands and can give a proper demo of what your looking for. The store showroom is better than the big box stores, and MODIA carries all the top Brands.
Place was empty, showroom was okay. Salesman was courteous, attentive, and, anything but knowledgeable. Took half a day to find out if the model they recommended was in stock in the warehouse.
