They did not communicate well with us, their lack of English didn't help. We did not get our foot massage before getting the pedi which is the whole reason why we go. Not going back!

We were initially told it would be a 30 minute wait for a simple pedicure for 3 people which we thought was reasonable. After waiting an hour and a half one of our names was called. Meanwhile every other customer that walked through the door was offered drinks and other things while they were waiting and we were not. The woman rushed, and missed a few important steps like pushing the cuticle back and the length of my nails were very uneven. I found out the quality of their acrylic, and it was so bad that 5 days later I went to a new salon and had that lady fix what this one did. I will never go back. What a waste of $35
