Very Expensive and so not worth the money!!

I live in Chicago, but on occasion have to go visit one of our Mills in Wisconsin. During my lunch break I thought I would stop by and get my nails and toes done. $42 later (without tip) I walked out and the job they did WAS NOT GREAT and defiantly not worth $42. I live in Chicago and you would think that Chicago would be more expensive….OH NO!...
