MOD Pizza specializes in individual artisan-style pizzas Made On Demand (MOD) in a fast, friendly and stylish environment. All pizzas are cooked by hand in an 800 degree display oven and ready in under 5 minutes with as many toppings as you like for one low price. You can also create your own salads. Local craft beers on tap, wine, sodas and milkshakes. Takeout, awesome music and patio dining.
You go in and walk thru a line like a buffet and order what toppings you want on your pie and they build it in front of you.
They then, write your name on the paper and put in the brick oven.
When its done...
Enjoyed the personal size pizzas for a quick family dinner. Enjoyed all the various toppings to customize the order for each person in our party.
A great place for a quick and yummy pizza or salad bar. They also have gluten free crust which is a huge plus.
when we arrive around 10pm, not to many customer , we just order one margherita pizza plus one beer, just fine, nothing special
For the love of Christ, turn down the damn music. It's a restaurant, not a goddamn discotheque
