I used this company a year ago and they did a good job. I called them to service my mower again this year. When I got the mower back it did not start the way it should. I questioned if they did the work they said they did... I called them and they did not seem to care if I was unhappy. They said they did the work but would look at it again for more money. I had already paid them $138.00.... so...

I didn't want to take my Craftsman mower to Sears because they burned me that last time I had it serviced with hidden charges.
