Don't pay any attention to any of these reviews. They are all glowing, and none of them quite captures just how amazing the service was from this locksmith. I live a bit far from them, he drove to me within 35 minutes of calling at 11pm on a Wednesday night. It took him 7 minutes flat to get my bathroom door open that I stupidly locked myself out of. Polite, professional, courteous, and 10 times a more pleasant experience than visiting my family at Christmas. If you need a locksmith, call these guys!!!!!
They came out to me quick, it was less than i had anticipated being that i had not one but two lock changes. he did it quickly and cleaned after himself. He was a very polite, well mannered individual who was knowledgeable in his field. I appreciate you sending me such a nice guy to assist me. Hope you have a great day.
Best I found! After 2 frustrating days trying to replace our deadbolt locks myself I resorted to the yellow pages. This Locksmith was one of the first listings so I called them. They were professional, helpful and friendly. The service rep arrived on the time quoted, was neatly dressed and very polite. He spent a good hour fixing the lock I messed up. He also re keyed another lock so we only have to use 1 key to enter the house. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks so much!
I found them to be excellent in Service. He was very informative offering to explain every thing he did prior to installation and after installation. He went the extra mile in checking our other locks in the hour to make certain that they were in proper working order. Additionally, he came to our home at the agreed upon time and called prior to coming. I will call them again and would recommend...
I called and they told me that a new lock would be around 35 dollars plus the 35 dollar mandatory service call charge - the guy gets here and he was a ton of locks for me to choose from. I decided to go with a higher security lock for an additional 40 bucks and he went ahead and did a fabulous job installing it for me. I recommend them not only for being very professional and doing great work...
They went out of his way to special order me a hard to find key. He didn't even charge extra. You can't get that kind of service at Home Depot and i can wholeheartedly recommend this locksmith and his staff after they took such good care of me. 5 stars !

I'm a reasonable guy, but when the tech told me that to have 3 locks rekeyed that it was going to cost me 200 bucks, I wasn't thrilled. But what was my option.. I mean the guy was here, I may as well have him finish the job. He wasn't rude or anything, I just felt like it was a little too much. But he installed it and they all work well.
