extremely discourteous and bad-mannered. The receptionist seems to have untreated anger issues. I felt she was a rascist, miserable, mean woman and feel terrible for the patients who encounter her. I am from the neighborhood and will absolutely dissuade family and friends from seeing these doctors based on the staff they employ. Stay away!!!
